- Lead times will be posted in the top banner of the website. These are our best estimates based on current order volume, and actual lead times may be longer or shorter than the estimate at the time of your order. -If you have a deadline you need a product delivered by, please contact us before ordering, so we can let you know if the deadline will be possible. -Holiday cutoffs will be posted in the banner, as well as our social media pages. -While lead times on small goods (chin straps, glove straps, etc.) are generally shorter than custom radio straps and helmet shields, all items from an order will be shipped together, based on which items take the longest to craft.

If you need to change an order that has already been placed, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Depending on the status of the shop, your item may start being customized the same day you order, and may not be able to be changed. Because of this, please ensure that you have selected all desired options prior to placing your order.

-All items are shipped via USPS with a tracking number. An automated email will be sent when your order is shipped, which will include your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update. -If your order is lost in the mail, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to start the claims process. While you (the receiver) can file a claim, it typically will be resolved quicker when handled from us (the sender), as we have the original shipping receipts and documents required.

- We stand behind every one of our products, and will repair/replace any defects of the hardware, leather, or craftsmanship. Simply contact us (pictures are preferred) and we'll get the process started. - While we use a leather-specific paint designed to flex and adhere to the leather, there is no product designed for the extreme heat, chemical, or mechanical stressors we expose them to. Because of this, we can only guarantee paint for 60 days from delivery. If any severe cracking, flaking, or peeling occurs during this time, reach out to us and we'll make it right. Due to the environments under which our products are used, it is inevitable that exposure to heat, water, smoke, and chemicals, paint will fade or get scratched off. - Because of the extreme nature of the job, some of our products will inevitably get damaged. If this occurs, please reach out to us for any repairs or replacement sections. There may be a cost associated with these replacements if the damage was not as a result of hardware or leather failure.
